class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans le cadre de la r\u00e9novation de cette ancienne b\u00e2tisse, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de drainage p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la collecte des eaux de goutti\u00e8res afin de prot\u00e9ger durablement les fondations contre l\u2019humidit\u00e9. Les travaux ont consist\u00e9 \u00e0 ouvrir une tranch\u00e9e le long du b\u00e2timent, \u00e0 mettre en place une membrane de protection contre les infiltrations ainsi qu\u2019un drain destin\u00e9 \u00e0 capter et \u00e9vacuer les eaux pr\u00e9sentes au pied des murs.<\/p><p>Les descentes de goutti\u00e8res ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 raccord\u00e9es au r\u00e9seau de collecte afin de canaliser efficacement les eaux pluviales et d\u2019\u00e9viter leur accumulation \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la construction. Une attention particuli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 la pente des canalisations et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s pour garantir un fonctionnement optimal et p\u00e9renne.<\/p><p>Cette intervention contribue \u00e0 pr\u00e9server la ma\u00e7onnerie de la b\u00e2tisse, \u00e0 limiter les remont\u00e9es d\u2019humidit\u00e9 et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la gestion des eaux de pluie autour de l\u2019habitation, assurant ainsi une meilleure protection de l\u2019ouvrage sur le long
